- Fully insured transit

- Non-runner auction loading
The NW9 Patch
Coverage in NW9 is street-level, not postcode-on-a-map: Kingsbury and Colindale day in, day out. Because NW10, NW8 and NW11 sit on the same run, the nearest driver is often already inside the district when you call.
What Happens After You Call
No apps, no membership numbers — the NW9 callout is four steps:
- Dial 07538 716531 and describe where you are — the nearest road, Colindale, anything recognisable in NW9.
- The nearest driver is dispatched with a live ETA, typically 30–60 minutes in this district.
- We load your vehicle using soft straps and a low loading angle — no chassis contact.
- We deliver discreetly to your chosen address, on time and mark-free.
Recovery on Residential Streets
NW9’s residential streets weren’t built for recovery trucks — but ours work them daily, from Colindale across to the NW10 and NW8 boundaries. Whether you’re boxed into a permit bay or stopped on a narrow through-road, we bring the right-sized vehicle for the street.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you collect my car from Copart or BCA?
Yes. We collect auction cars from Copart, BCA, Manheim and other sites and deliver them to NW9, running or not. For NW9 callouts, the dispatcher will confirm any details specific to your street.
What does auction collection cost in NW9?
NW9 jobs start from £60. The final price depends on the vehicle and exactly where in the district you are — call 07538 716531 and you’ll have a firm figure before anyone is dispatched.
Can you get to NW9 quickly at night?
Yes — we run 24/7, and night jobs in NW9 are often quicker than daytime because the roads are clear. Expect roughly 30–60 minutes.
Do parking restrictions in NW9 affect the callout?
Rarely. A recovery in progress is exactly that — we position legally, work quickly, and handle the CPZ realities of Colindale as part of the job, not as your problem.
